Tsundere Side- This is the side of Cape Verde you see most of the time on Cape Verde. She acts really tough, a trait she had gained from growing up around Romano. But, don't let this side fool you, she can act really vulnerable at times.

Romantic Side- This is the side that is seen when she is around China, Japan, or Hong Kong. This personality is very clumsy and bangs into walls every other second while checking out the three boys mentioned before. But, she really'll do anything for the three of them. Plus, she's a ditz. XP

Personality: Minsk is actually pretty friendly, at least compared to Belarus. She's very polite, except when she uses her sarcasm and shar wits. (:P) She doesn't really care who she offends or hurts, and that's why Latvia stays away from her. She has a very feirce nature, and is quick to act and accuse. Minsk is very dark and frosty around the people she hates, and that's the "Russian" part of her. Eh, think of the Russia of Belarus when she gets like this. It's not very ofetn Minsk does this, but she's very freaky and eerie and ominous. Everyone gets freaked out by her except Russia. No, she is not insanly in love with Russia, but she does side with him a lot of the time. Minsk loves torturing people and turns out she isn't a very nice person to hang with when she goes Russia mode. Minsk is a very educated girl, so don't even try outsmarting her. She can go very freaky and can turn into a miniture Russia.

Nation Age: Nation age: 754 from under the rule of Italy... yes Italy. But Vatican City was established in 1929 by the Lateran Treaty. Mentions of them, although, have reached all the way back to 37-41 A.D. It seems they've always been there...

Human Name: Nicknamed 'Silas' by everyone they meet (after the hard core, self torturing catholic monk from the book the Davinci Code... a movie Vatican hates with riotous fiery passion btw) but their real name is Cianna Tacitus. His holiness does just as well when you summon them though.

Human Age: let's say 18-ish but quite as well be in their 20's. Although they're short so it's hard to pin.

Personality: They horde the darkest most useful secrets in the whole world, as well as more money then a country that size could ever need for the next 2000 years. Vatican holds a strong grip over half of the european countries but they do not abuse their power, though they very well can anytime. They don't have an army but most countries around would never stand for another's disloyalty, never mind someone else's violence (even if you are not Roman Catholic you somehow feel snubbed but privileged around them). He/She don't need to talk because others talk for them. Their like a king within a country. Their movements are like stale bread, not pleasantly clean but you get the sense that they where once the most decadent and made of only the best ingredients found through the entire world or empire. Personality: Bejing is a very kind lady. She is very sweet and generous, but not quite so keen on forgiving people. She can be deadly serious, and sometimes turns the other cheek. She is very sarcastic, and has a friendly nature and aura. She is very skilled at everythig she does, and gets her work done. Bejing doesn't need to be told twice to do things, and is a very orderly yet sweet lady. She has many admirers for her brains and skill, but she isn't very friendly when she teaches or tutors people.
