I have not read this book. I fully intended to, until my attention was drawn to some comments/reviews on other sites. See this page for example.

These comments call into question the factual nature of the book and the author's research diligence. Until I hear the author respond to some of these claims I do not intend to read this book.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention - I read the book recently and didn't enjoy it however it 'seemed' well researched.

In due fairness the website above contained just a couple of specific points that have offended people, and perhaps they simply possess different opinions than the author, but my opinion of the book is further undermined now...
