Neal | 1 comments There wasn't a book to proceed it, but I really enjoyed the Joss Whedon TV series "Firefly". In addition to some thoughtful SF it also had quite a bit of humor. The series was short-lived, possiblly because it was expensive to produce. When it was cancelled there was an uproar from fans that eventually resulted in the movie "Serenity".

Julie Rainey I watched Serenity before realizing there was a series. I went back and watched the series and totally loved it. Stupid Fox had to cancel it.

Eva King | 4 comments Has ayone watched Castle? It's a series about a crime writer who gets his inspiration from a detective on the New York police. I love them! There's even a trilogy of the series called Nikki Heat Which is the first time I hear it, the books were based on the series. Haven't read them yet, but can't wait!

Babylon 5
Stargate (any series, but mostly Atlantis and Universe since they didn't really get a chance to finish)

I would loved it had any of these shows been given a theatrical film or two.

I rather enjoy series. Especially if they have a definite direction, where characters change, grow, age, and where the writers/directors adhere to continuity.

L I love your choices F.J. I agree totally with Stargate.

L I am a Star Trek and Star Wars fan. Although i do prefer star trek slightly more - it goes back to my childhood and happy memories.

I completely agree. x

G.G. (ggatcheson) Moonlight! Even now that O'Loughlin has something else to do, I'd still love a Moonlight movie without him, as long as the actor who would replace him would play the role well of course.

I enjoyed that show...wish it had lasted longer.

G.G. (ggatcheson) @Lauren Yeah especially that so many boring ones stay on air for much longer. :/
