OK yo haven't put any detail into this so i'm going to make it.

Like mae said CE's (colored eeveelutions) are eeveelutions that have rare colors from birth but till they are 1 mouth old no one can see their markings. Now that the s.s. is trying to imprison them the great black glaceon is trying to star a rebellion only she can turn a normal c.e. but she can. I shall make a topic to tell about the legenary stuff and what not. But for now just know this stuff!
