My own comment is that instead of giving a windfall "refund" to individual customers who knew the price of the e-book and bought it willingly, the Settlement money should be used for copyright education and for the Federal/State pursuit of e-book copyright infringers.
Punishing those who did not buy would be much more equitable and a much better use of the funds.
