Okay, I am extremely excited. My book, Bow & Blade, is finally up on my publisher's site in the coming soon section. In a week or so I should be hearing back from the cover artist, and I'll really be through the roof!!

That's great!! One of the things I really like about GoodReads is finding new authors!

As a GoodReads author you can do a "free giveaway" - you post your book and people sign to win - when all done Goodreads gives them the address to mail it to. I've signed up for a few books but haven't won any yet ;-(

Jane... well, I am working on getting my second one published... almost done writing it. Thinking I might do the free giveaway too... just have people sign up, put their names in a hat, draw one and then have that person win a free signed copy.

Either that or I'll come up with another contest...lmao

There is another author on here that did a pretty good "pre-book promotion" Secret Speakers and the Search for Selador's Gate I think she got like 600 people to read a free download - but she also gave away 5 kindles and 5 video recorders

I'm thinking really when I do the giveaway I'll just do a drawing... have people email me through my website, and then pick some one at random to win.
