Throughout the series, many of our favorite characters did, including:

Which character (it does not have to be from the list above) who lost their life is your favorite and why?

Sirius!! He was my absolute favourite!!

Other than him, when Dumbledore and Snaoe died....sooo sad!

I was sad when Dobby died and was heart-broken when Rowling revealed the real Snape,only after his death.

Remus. I always like werewolves/wolves, and I felt bad for him because his son was just born. He was such a good person, but he hated himself because of what he was. He didn't want to believe that anyone would trust because he was afraid to get his hopes crushed like a grape. I always felt bad for him, even though sometimes I got a little angry at him.

Nymphadora Tonks, i felt her death was unessary and was very sad considering she just gave birth

I was heartbroken when Dobby died, and when Fred Weasley died I'm pretty sure you could hear my heart shattering. Both were just plain lovable characters.

I was sooo sad when Tonks and Remus died, for the same reasons as what Swaroop and Gracieface mentioned.

I's always loved Snape, even though I got really angry at him sometimes haha. But it was so sad that J.K only revealed the real him when he'd died...such a tragiv dtory...Like I said before, it reminds me of Wuthering Heights...

Snape is Heathcliff
Lily is Catherine
James is the guy Catherine marries
and Harry is Cathy and her husbands daughter....

Both such tragic stories..I cried in Wuthering Heights and when Snape dies... (This is saying something, since I dont cry often)

I was soooooo sad when all of them died!!!! I cried even on the 10th time reading them!!!!! :(

i really liked Snape. i always knew there was something about him. and then Fred?! i got irritated, cause the twins can't be separated! they're Fred and George! what about Weasly's Wizard Weezies?? (probably didn't spell it right).

what i hate about the movie is that they never mention that Tonks and Remus had a child. and yeah, it was a little unnecessary for them both to die. but it made a good story.

and then with Mad-Eye, i saw it coming, but it was still sad...

and when Sirius died...it was an ouch moment cause he (and Snape) was (were) my favorite characters...

Fred Weasly ( I absolutely hated this. The author should have thought about it before doing something incredibly annoying like that.)
