Does he know who Hazel is?
Does he have an ancestor who looks exactly like him?
Does he have an unknown twin?
Is he secretly really old?

Hmm that sounds good. Something that I've been guessing is that maybe Leo spent some time in the underworld too but can't remember it? Or maybe his memory was washed clean in the River Lether after the Lotus casino or some other time stopping place haha :)

I do not think Leo is actually Sammy, cuz he clearly remembers his past. remember Nico and Bianca couldn't?

Ah by what If he started a new thing that he remembers...

What if Leo/Sammy doesn't remember he was Sammy? What if he was near death and a god or goddess saved him. He became Leo, but didn't remember his history as Sammy.

I have doubts on whether Leo is related to Sammy or not. I mean, I don't look exactly like my mom or grandma at all, whereas, he apparently looks exactly like Sammy.
For some reason, I think he'd be disturbed by Hazel, but wouldn't know why.
I wondered if Gaea was lying to Hazel when she showed Sammy's future. I figure she wasn't.

Yeah : / I doubt that it's grandparent thing. It just doesn't seem realistic to me. And since this is Rick Riordan who's writing the series, I think we can all conclude it isn't grandparents or anything. It doesn't seem like Ricks style.
