Their outstanding costumes consist of bracelets, dark colors, and simplicity highlighted with a certain deadly light to bring out that extra KAPOW!

Cassie
It took longer than Cassie expected to make her up. A good two hours longer, which was grating on her nerves. She didn't think she'd need as much time to be 'made pretty'. She knew she was attractive and the majority of the guys from her home district agreed. Still, Cassie couldn't exactly complain. Not when what they were doing to her could mean even one extra sponser.
When her stylists were done, they brought her to a mirror so that Cassie could see herself. Although they seemed to be taking the word costume very seriously, they were very good. She looked stunning, though the large white angel wings behind her were, in her opinion, a little too much. Cassie wore a simple, flowing white dress the fell to just below her knees. Her hair was curled, but in a messy upstyle with twigs and flowers running through it. Her make up was light and innocent, her lips painted a soft pink and her eyes bare except for the mascara and smudged eyeliner. Where her skin showed, however, were painted green, yellow and brown designs. Up her legs she had ivy, her arms were cherry blossom and acorns and her back, chest and throat were designs like those seen on the bark of a tree. Cassie only had time to thank them before she was ushered back into the first room to stand next to Lee.
Lee looked incredible. He was shirtless, wearing only thick black trousers and heavy black boots. His hair was it's usual messy style but had strands of red and dark brown running through it. Over his eyes he wore a black mask, giving him a sense of mystery. Where Cassie was life, Lee was death. On his skin were painted the same design as Cassie's but in a much darker and sinister way. The bark was black and scorched, the pettles from the flowers were wilting and singed. Lee envisioned destruction and, athough he looked deadly, he was incredibly beautiful. In his hand, Cassie saw now, was a wooden staff, scorched black on the bottom where it touched the floor. Lee used it to gesture to her and laughed lightly.
"You look..." he trailed off, trying to find the right word.
"Stunning? Beautiful? Celestial?" Cassie offered helpfully but Lee just shook his head, laughing again.
"Ridiculas," he ended, setting the staff back down and smirking at her. Cassie scowled and held back any compliments she'd been thinking of giving him.

For once In her life ree felt completely beautiful her hair was up I'd a bun of curls and she had sparkle packets in her hair making the trail of glitter . Her green eyes shone brightly and she smiled and waved at the crowd

District 6 with a very surprising smoke to their chariot this year!!! ((Think like an old-fashioned train, steam/smoke or whatever coming out.))
In this chariot, we have the boy tribute Trent and the lovely __________! ((Forget my partner's name... But, dear partner, feel free to use this/add your name, or just change it completely.))
Their outstanding costumes consist of grey cloth and bright lights highlighted with that amazing steam stuff to bring out that extra KAPOW!

A bit of thoughts:
Trent looks out, through the fog, when the district is called. He can barely make out anything, despite his bright costume, representing headlights, he supposes. Then, all at once he spots the audience. He is overwhelmed and he looses his composure for a minute. After that moment of shock, he recovers himself, pasting on his face a crooked smile, trying to appeal to the audience.
Aven was straightening her costume. It wasn't as bad as things she'd seen before. She looked in the mirror one last time, smiling at her reflection. She didn't look like a stereotypical District 11 person, which could be helpful in the arena."Don't think about the arena just yet," said Aven quietly to herself. "Before the Games begin, you get a good life." She nodded and her stylist walked in.
"Aven, time for your big moment!" he said, smiling widely.
Aven smiled at him as he adjusted her hair piece. Then she walked out.

Ebony can barely see, her costume glows so bight. She feels like the lighting, illuminating the night sky. Her outfit highlights her small stature, showing he lean build and lithe body. If this can't make an impression, I don't know what will she thinks to herself. The varying colors and shades distort her eyes, making them seem all the more beautiful. Feeling confident, she bursts out of the darkness, and into the view of the audience.

Their outstanding costumes consist of a chicken feather shirt, pants for the boys and a dress for the girls and a chicken feathers headdress highlighted with sparks to bring out that extra KAPOW! (Over all, they looked like Ancient Indians in USA or in Anne's case, Pocohontas.)
