General Chat about City of Bones. I'll start off by saying:

I love City of Bones, I'm glad I picked it up. How about you? How did you come across it and to what range does your love extend?? :D

To be honest, I wasn't thrilled when I first read this. I had read ID first and was in love with that. I was glad that I read it first, tho, or else I think I would have been lost in CoB. But...now that I have read two more, I can say that this series is my favorite YA series by far!

RIGHT?!! Oh, wow, i can't imagine how it would've been to read TID first, haha. I always saw this book in the store, and I'm just like, "I don't think I'll like this" But i'm glad i picked it up. Do you think you would'nt have been lost anyway if you had read CoB first?Cause i understood it? O_o

Really not sure. I understood it so much better having read ID first. I am sure I would have been fine, but it was so much clearer to me since I read ID first.

hmm...Well, that means you fell in love with Will first, not many people can say that ;D

I did fall in love with Will...but since Jace is his decedent, you know I love him, too!

Sighs....yes, they are my favorites so far, I do think! YUMMY!

My bias is Jace though, Probably cause I read about him first and liked him for longer?? lol, if they ever met, they would either be the best of friends, or worst of enemies ;D

Oh, they are so different, I can't pick! I'll take them both! LOL!

Just went and lent my cousin this book because she refused to go get it herself... I HAD TO LET GO OF MY BABY!!! :'( and she says she is taking it with her on holiday... NOOOOO!!!!

And yes i know I'm a complete drama queen when it comes to these but oh well :)

Yeh iv been badgering her into reading these for AGES!!!! Woohoo!!!!

She seems to like it but she is so slow!!! She has barely even started yet, its agonising and i think i must kinda be annoying her about it coz I'm asking every five hours if she has read any more lol

Anyone else watch the movie? I need someone to gush to. Loved it! Graphics were awesome and there were parts that had me scared and jumping out my seat. :)

OMG I WATCHED THE MOVIE YESTERDAY!!!!!! IT WAS AMAZING!!!!! I wasnt too sure about jamie campbell bower at first but WOW!!!!!!!!! I still dont like Valentine :( WTF HAVE THEY DONE TO HIS HAIR?!!!!!

The first half was okay but overall I wasn't impressed and yes WTF have they done to his hair? It's a key point f the book that his hair is snowy white? How are they going to explain Sebastian having hair like him and looking like him when he comes along?
