Books + Movies + Tv Shows = Awesome!!! discussion

Hello all,
I was just wondering if there were any other sci-fi lovers out there. My all time favorite TV show Eureka on the SyFy channel is going off the air soon and I will miss it dearly. Does anyone else like this show? or Warehouse 13?
I'm a total geek I know, just can't help myself. :)

I grew up on sci-fi! My mother is in love with it buuut my favorite show was Stargate SG1. The two main guy characters in that show were so sexy and amazing :(. But then Battlestar Galactica came on and ruined that for just a bunch of smut :/. I have seen Eureka a few times and I really enjoyed it kinda sad I didn't get to watch all of the episodes. And I always get Warehouse 13 mixed up with Doctor Who.

Love Doctor Who & Torchwood!! Also, i used to watch Star Trek & have endless confilcts with my best friend who loved Star Wars! :)

I loved loved loved Stargate Atlantis. It was super cheesy but I totally adored it for some reason. Lucinda, I think I'm with your best friend...I love Star Wars.

Yea! I have to say I hate Revenge of the Sith though, not because it was a bad movie but because he turns into Darth Vader. I mean we all knew that's where it was headed but still.

*sniffle sniffle* Series finale on Monday. :(

I was just talking with a woman in my building yesterday about this - she is sad. She is going to buy all the DVDs. It was a fun show while it lasted though.

As for Battlestar Galactica remake - I really liked it. Not for all the sex which was over the top sometimes but the ethical and moral issues they explored. But I will say that its finale which was supposed to answer all the questions....didn't. LOL
