Malfoy Manor serves as the headquarters for the death eaters where all meetings are held. There are plenty of extra rooms for any death eaters that require lodgings. Only those with a genuine dark mark may gain admittance to the grounds, and all forms of Apparation of other means of penetrating the grounds are prevented by a variety of complex enchantments that cannot be removed.

Seth walked up to the great dark manor. He knocked the great serpentine knocker. "Its Seth Marco, I have important information for Lucius Malfoy!"
Seth walked confidently forward toward to mansion
Damon stood and walked casually over to Malfoy and rolled up the sleeve of his black, leather jacket.
Amelia winced at the small pinching feeling the Dark Mark caused, but smiled maliciously when she saw it.
Draco entered the room, straightening his tie. "Hello, Father." He said as he sat down at the table. His eyes glanced over each of the new Death Eaters, of which none held his interest- until he caught sight of a beautiful girl with dark hair. She was grinning widely, and he couldn't see much of her face clearly, due to the dark light in the room, and she wasn't looking at him. He coughed, hoping to catch her eye.
Amelia stopped grinning at Scott, and glanced up looking over at the table. Draco Malfoy she thought to herself, studying him with her deep blue eyes. She decided he might be worth talking to, but quickly returned her gaze back to Lucius. She had more important things right now, than Draco, or any boy.
Damon slowly folded his sleeve back down and stepped back, gazing over his fellow Death Eaters. 'They are all so young.' He thought, shaking his head slightly.
Draco heard Scott, and turned his attention to the annoying boy and stared at him, smiling unkindly.
Amelia was too busy admiring her Dark Mark to notice much else, and she wondered when this ceromony would be over, and they could get onto doing some work.
Damon rolled his eyes at the kids and sauntered over to a table with chrystal decanters glimmering in the firelight. He unstoppered one and poured some burgundy coloured fluid into a glass.
Abigail wrote: "She looked up to him. "Why? Are you backing out?" She asked him, eyebrows knit.""Yeah like I would do that" he says sarcastically "I just don't like that kid.."
Seth rolled his eyes at his fellow students and tried to pay attention to Lucius Malfoys orantation.
Irony entered the room. Looking at Malfoy (adult malfoy, not draco) it said, "Would master like anything?" it's voice was hoarse.
Damon's gaze danced across the faces of those around him. "Tell me. How old are you tow?" He adressed a young man and girl.
Amelia looked up to Damon, wondering if he was talking to her. She didn't think so, and she also didn't care. He didn't need to know her age, and she wasn't going to tell him. Deciding that water might be nice, she called Irony's attention. "Fetch me water, and something warm to eat." She said. Her eyes threw dark beauty as she awaited commandment from Lucius.
She thought for a moment, smiling slyly as the house elf bowed to her. "A small snack would suffice." She commanded, authority instantly coating her words.
Amelia nodded and ran a hand through her hair. "Yes, that would be alright. Give some to Draco too." She said, mouth held tight, and eyes powerthirsty. Even in the expression, she looked beautiful in a darker way. "And you may call me Miss Lestrange, Irony."
Irony came back, holding a tray with two large apple tarts and two glasses of water. She set one down in front of Master Draco and one in front of Miss Lestrange. "Would Miss Lestrange like any thing more, Miss?"
Draco watched the elf place the food on his table and noticed that she also placed some before the girl with the dark hair. He heard the name Lestrange and watched her even more closely while eating. "Thank you Elf." He sneered.
Damon smirked. "In case you haven't learnt anything over the past few years, it actually pays to be a little more kind to your servants...Sirius Black learnt that the heard way." He addressed no one in particular, taking a swig of his drink.
He arched an amused eyebrow when no one answered him. "So?" He said in a loud voice. "When's this party gunna get started?"
Amelia smiled at the two boys, and let him have another peice, while she ate another with her other hand.
"When no one answered him, or even acknoeledged him he smirked at them. Walking over to a grou of youngsters, about Hogwarts age.
"So, you're either deaf or profoundly rude, and since you're still wuite young I'll go with the latter." he smiled pleasantly at them.

Amelia raised an eyebrow. "I'm sorry? I don't know 'When this party will start'" She said, mimicking his snide tone. "Ask Lucius..." She said, taking another bite of her apple tart.
