i'm going to nominate Anders Roslund and Roslund Hellstrom who write the Grens & Sundkvist series - the first book is The Beast
How about Michael RidpathWhere the Shadows Lie His next one in the series is 66 North, followed by Meltwater.
Sharon just through this author's name up on another thread...Gunnar Staalesen. I believe she said that 5 of his books have been translated into English. Also, although only one of her books have been translated (and garnered 5 stars from me) if I can, I would like to nominate Carin Gerhardsen. Her book The Gingerbread Housewas just released. As Ebba is the publisher, maybe she can go a bit more into it.

Have you already done Helene Tursten? I am really enjoying reading her four. Suppose she does not fit into this group as setting is Sweden....sorry!
