Hmm, IMO, I guess competitive (e)commerce demands companies put buyer/customer satisfaction as top priority, and when that falls short they're left to deal with the poor quality management and customers who go elsewhere to meet their demands.
It really is unfortunate that the electronic world is putting them under. Isn't that when their management team is supposed to do? Center on their creative department, and devise new and up-to-date technology; ingenuity in the modern spin of things?
As I see it, when they first noticed their renenue was slacking, they should have an board meeting, and dropped the bomb; demanding electronic specialist in, and training a department for the launching and adapting to an electronic format. Period. But I'm no business executive, what do I know? LOL
