This is a character from a Hunger Games roleplay I was in that never got off the ground. If you mind me using her, let me know.Name: Jinx Kennet

Personality: She may appear extremely sweet and innocent, but in truth, it is all a façade, for she is a cold mastermind of manipulation. All she cares about is beating the system, whatever system that may be. She starts by studying something, learning to understand it. She moves on from there to test it, seeing how far she can go without tipping the balance, and then she destroys it. Having grown up in the technology district, she's very savvy with electronics and up-to-date with the newest technology, which is an important thing to her. A very competitive person, she hates falling behind the curve or meeting anyone smarter than her. Thanks to her genius-level intellect, however, it is extremely rare that either occasion does occur. Still, she plays the part of 'smart, but no genius' in society, and prides herself in how she pulls is off. Everything she does is part of this elaborate plan to beat the system, and in her mind, the Hunger Games is the ultimate system, and she is determined to beat it. She comes across sweet, naive, and young.
History: She's been secretly preparing herself for the Hunger Games since she was eleven, and is in peak physical condition for her age because of it. She was chosen for the Hunger Games when she was twelve, but her cousin volunteered in her place, only to die in the Games. That event did shake her slightly, and she threw herself even further into self-training. She never quite figured out how to use a bow and arrow, but she is very handy with mechanized weapons and wires. She was secretly joyous when she was chosen for the Hunger Games (she was planning to volunteer when she was seventeen anyways), but managed to pull off a shaken and distraught reaction to her being chosen, though she managed to maintain her dignity. Her mother designs weapons for the President, and her father works in the factory building them.

Skills: One of her strengths is an extensive understanding of physics. She can also create an explosive out of most anything. She is very good at creating electronics, and leans towards wires and mechanized weapons.
District Token: A rose fashioned out of wire, a gift from her mother.
Other: She turns sixteen just before the Games are scheduled to start. She despises authority figures, but they'd never know it.

Personality: Ace is an artist with wild abilities. She loves to draw, and sculpt. She is also in love with music. Although everyone else but a few select people like her best friend Jones and boyfriend Michaelle (Me-kai-el) hates the music she plays she does it anyway. She is a hard core rocker with an ancient electric guitar that was found in her house. She also thoroughly enjoys a good prank.
History: Ace was born into a large family scattered across the district. All of which were poor except for her uncle who was in fact the mayor. She has 3 sisters named Andy(Alexandria), Jory(Juniper), and Tune(Petunia). And 4 brothers named Laurence, Hampton, Jonas, and Hirrell. She never was very close with any of her brothers but she is super close with Tune and Andy. They made a band together as kids. They called themselves Panemonium. It was a short lived but fun thing that kept their minds off their hungry stomachs. At age 14 Ace joined a band with Michaelle and Jones. Jones was on drums, Michaelle on bass, and Ace singing and rocking on the guitar. She draws and plays music in almost all of her freetime. Michaelle is a very talented artist and gave her three tattoos at age 15. Personality: In accordance with his constantly smiley expression, Choux has a rather optimistic outlook on life; despite the terrible position he was born into. He's very secretive with personal things but has no problem with talking about things that go in other people's lives, and is a very, VERY compulsive liar. It comes to him naturally, and with his smiling poker face, no one is ever the wiser. He enjoys causing mischief with his technology every once in a while (just to keep the Peacemakers on their toes), though his loyalty would have him plunge to his death if it meant saving the life of one of his closest friends.
History: Choux was born into a family with a deceased older sibling whom had died due to an "accident" at one of the electronic manufacturing plants. His mother and father were mostly brain-dead by the time he was 5 due to the incident, so he took it upon himself to raise himself with the thinking, "If I'm at the bottom, then the only place left to go is towards the top." And since he made up his mindset, he's smiled. Smiled and smiled and smiled; hoping that one day, things really would get better. He had never really considered participating in the Hunger Games. He had never really thought that he would get chosen, either. But when he did, he didn't break his smile. He simply walked forward through the parted sea of people and took his place on the stage, his head held high. After all, he had never imagined himself there. So while he didn't imagine himself surviving, he could at least appear dignified for the time he was indeed alive.
Skills: Tinkering with a pile of seemingly random items and making something incredibly useful out of them. Creating imaginative solutions to difficult problems. Hiding and blending in with the surroundings.
District Token: A small metal robot pin. His older brother had made for him when he was just a kid and he always carries it with him, even when he's not wearing it.
Other: Has a need to constantly be working on something, whether it be for a joke or for something that's actually serious. He churns out new "toys" like a machine, being gadgets that do various tasks.

Personality: Cleaver. She is from District Four so she is obviously a good swimmer and fisher, but what people don't know is that she is increadably talented at finding patterns from watching the fish in her district swim. Kali is a very smart little girl.
History: Her mother died giving birth so Kali has grown up with her father, the town baker. It was just the two of the so they were well enough off. Her father taught her to cook well, and also gave her lessons the few edible plants he knew, (such as katniss plants and wild fruit, that was about the extent of the info her gather taught her). Kali is the fast too
Skills: She is fast and has alot of endurance (for a girl her age), so she is hard to catch. She is and excellent swimmer and has no problem catching or cooking her own food. Her bigges assets are he speed, and her brain.

Appearance:
(no eyeliner or lipstick. Light pink lips.)Personality: Lily is a very sweet and shy girl. Her family was one of the poorer family's in her district and so she's very grateful for anything that she has and has learned to be very resourceful. She loves helping those in need and is usually very timid. But if you hurt her or someone she loves you'll see a dark and dangerous side of her.
History: Lily comes from a small family, it is just her, her mother and father. They live in a very small house in the poorer part of town. Everybody helps out on the small farm that her dad has. She has grown up in poverty and her mother died when she was young from an illness. Now she has only her dad. When she was picked for the Hunger Games he was devestated, and so was she, but she stayed strong for him. She doubts she will win because she hates the idea of killing someone, but she doesn't plan to go down without a fight.
Skills: Knows plants extremely well and can tell which ones are edible and which ones are not. Is very resourceful and can use the most random items to her benefit. Is very quiet and stealthy.
District Token: A smiple gold chain necklace that was her mothers. It had been passed down in her fathers family (for some odd reason) and he had given it to her mother. When she died, Lily got the necklace.

Appearance:
Personality: Chet's most describing word would be "lethargic." He's lazy, hates the world, and is apathetic to everyone and everything. He doesn't want anything to do with anyone else (or so he claims), and wants nothing more than to kill those that are in charge to fix this twisted world on his own. He prefers to work by himself but is surprisingly good at coordinating with others due to his 5 long years of doing nothing but watching the behaviors of those around him. He deals well with pressure but is easily irritated, preferring to use as little words as possible when communicating, if at all.
History: Chet's spiteful and gloomy outlook on life isn't just because of his lack of motivation in the fields, but because both of his parents and baby brother died at the hands of the "Peace"-makers. He sought refuge with his best friend and their family, then proceeded to work twice as hard so that they wouldn't have to compensate for another mouth to feed. They have been the only people to see him smile in over 5 years, and remain the closest to his heart after his family's cruel death. They were the ones that shed silent tears as he stepped up to the stage of his death, but he gave nothing to the cameras other than a hateful scowl.
Skills: High dexterity and agility. Quick reaction times and flexibility. Not hesitating when making decisions.
District Token: A small dradle-like spinning top that he and his best friend would often play with. Each of the four sides has a different stage of grain on it; a seed, a sprout, a grain stalk and a bag of flour.
Other: Is actually very weak. Chet doesn't like to admit it, but he suffers from malnutrition, and it takes a lot out of him. He would often give his meals to those around town who were worse off than he was, though it resulted in him loosing quite a lot of valuable weight.

She is always true to her friends and cheers on everyone. She isn't someone who would win something as bloodthirsty as the Hunger Games.

Okay, here's the character that I loved to rp..... If the format is different, it's because I haven't edited it from how it was originally.
Name: Fawn
Age: 13
Gender: female
District: 7
Appearance: Big brown eyes, wavy brown hair, pale skin, delicate features.
Talents/skills: nothing much
District token: A bow for her hair
Other: is severely schizophrenic. She has 4 "friends"(hallucinations) that typically are "with" her. In her mind things are just waaaay messed up. One of her "friends" told her that the Capitol takes away people(in the reaping) and turns them into celebrities. And that, no, they don't die on TV. It's like the old movies and everything is pre-planned. So if you get chosen in the reaping you are gone from the awful district and taken by the good guys and your life is all better. She was also told by her "friend" that the Peacekeepers are the worst people on the face of the earth. They're trying to take control of all the districts from the nice, loving capitol. And that was why their life was so awful. So in other words: The capitol was only able to take away a couple kids at a time, and the Hunger Games was just staged so the peacekeepers wouldn't think the kids were still alive and as such wouldn't cause as many problems.
Anyway... Fawn's mind is just messed up. She believes everything her "friends" tell her, and what her friends tell Fawn is what Fawn comes up with in her mind as a way to deal with issues. As crazy as the end result may be.

Detailed facial features. Grey eyes, and waist length, pale blonde hair, that is usually styled in a messy braid.
Personality: Alistin is very mature for her age. She is strong in mind, and in heart. Although she is all of these things, she does NOT trust easily. She has a soft spot for young children, and would rather die herself, than to see them die before her. She hides her emotions.
History: Alistin grew up in the grungy, smoke covered place also known as "The Seam" She is the second to oldest of four younger sisters. Calla, Aspen, Liletha, And Lylak, Her older sister, Rosena, was killed in a tragic bombing. But Before she died, Rosena spent her time teaching her how to hunt-She was taught with a bow ever since she was ten, and has never stopped. Men around The Seam call her "The Giver" Because she would always save a few rations of her kills to them, and their families.
Skills: Excellent with a bow, skilled hunter, give or take she is a pretty good climber.
District Token: An eagle shaped hair clip, that was given to her by her sister, Rosena, right before she died in the bombing.

Personality: Not a lot of people know much about Haven, except that she always has a plan. Within a plan. Within a plan. Many people think they've beaten her, but so long as she is alive, it's a part of her plan.
History: Haven was quickly put on the streets as a child. When she turned six her parents realised they didn't have enough money to keep her and their newborn. They didn't want to kill her, so they pushed her onto the streets, giving her every piece of knowledge that they could to hep her survive.
She did.
She stole from families and beat up other orphans, to the point where they became submissive to her. She became the queen of the Street Rats. They became her tools, and she used them in ever more complicated thieveries. When she turned twelve and was entered in the reaping, she was drawn. Fear overtook her and she made her way toward the stage. She looked down at her little gang and saw fear in their eyes as well. In that moment she realised something. She wasn't just their queen, she was their leader. And they didn't want to lose her. She mouthed one word to them from the stage. Volunteer. And someone did. A little girl about her age, barely twelve. She volunteered for her. And died in the bloodbath that year. Haven's plans became ever so more malicious after that because she actually began to care. Caring scared her. She abandoned the streets rats, leaving them to die, and disappeared in the District for a few years, only showing up on Reaping Day. Now no one even remembers her. She'd stolen enough money to live on her own and goes to school. They thought the girl who had been volunteered for had died in the streets.
Haven has an unfortunate birthday, being held just after the Reaping. She was eighteen when she was called and fought viciously. She didn't think she'd be eligible. Going into the Games, she is now barely nineteen. But she was drawn, and so she enters.
Skills: She's cunning and she's fast. She's an expert at manipulation. She can handle a knife but nothing too huge. She has impeccable aim, she's found, but doesn't use it often. And she's resourceful.
District Token: It's a small twine bracelet the little girl was wearing who volunteered for her. Since it's too small to fit on her adult wrist, she tied it to a larger string and wears it around her neck like a necklace.
Name: Agathe "Agnes" Chevrette

Personality: Agathe is a hard worker, but she works for herself. She is a stubborn girl who is bit boy crazy and quite the charmer as well. Since she has been training all her life, she is dangerous as hell. She's someone you don't want to cross.
History: Agathe has been crossing her fingers at the reaping since she her name was eligible to be entered. She has trained everyday for the majority of her of her life. One time a boy was bullying her and she broke his arm with one swift movement. Other than that her history is ineventful.

Laurel is quite small for her age, and could easily be mistaken for a young child, around nine or ten. Her hair is a reddish bronze, and flows a few inches past her elbows. She is underweight, and very skinny. Her eyes are a warm, chocolate brown, framed with long, thick eye lashes. Ivory skin, and rosy cheeks.
Personality: She is extremely shy, and usually keeps to herself. She is kind hearted, and has a positive outlook on life in general.
History: Nothing, really. Lived with her mother and six younger siblings in the poor sides of District Five. Her father was executed for an unknown reason.
Skills: She is an extreemly fast runner, and a swell climber. She loves music, and singing.
District Token: A braided leather bracelet given to her by her mother on the day of the reaping.

Appearance:
Wyatt has tanned skin, honey blonde hair and sky blue eyes. Slightly muscular.
Personality: Wyatt is outgoing, and is always seen with a wide smile on his face. He can get angered easily, but often keeps his inner sadness to himself.
History: His family got by very well, currently all of his brothers, mother and father, are alive. His parents own a bait shop, and his brothers attend school.
Skills: Other than swimming, he is very good with snares, mainly water based ones, and has good aim.
District Token: A sea shell his brother gave to him.

Klover is very muscular, and well built. She has alabaster skin, with a faint sprinkle of freckles on her nose. Her eyes are a mencacing green, and her hair is night black, with reddish tints in it.
Personality: Wicked. Cruel. Heartless. Relentless. Klover will stop at nothing to win the games. She finds them rather entertaining, and she could care less if children should die in the midst of it all- She'd be happy to kill them all off. She never smiles. If and when she does, it is a smirk. She usually has a scowl on her face.
History: Began hard-core training from the moment she turned twelve. She has the demented mind of a career, and knows nothing but that.They completely took away her heart, and sympathy for others. Her mother and father are both peacekeepers. She is the youngest of two brothers. She volunteered for a little girl, simply because she likes a good game.
Skills: Extraordinary with knives, and pretty much anything she can throw. She is great in hand-to-hand combat too, having a lot of upper arm strength.
District Token: A tattoo, that says "Relentless" swirled together with her District Symbol.

Personality: Ash is a quiet boy, that always looks angry. He's strong in mind and body. He's smart and quick at picking things up. He's not very friendly either.
History: He's worked on a farm all his life, dealing with a abusive father and no mother (died when he was five). He has two younger brothers and two younger sisters. He's the oldest.
Skills: strenth, stelth, reading people.
