Scribe Virgin -- What?

The Scribe Virgin I guess is similar to Jesus but she's different in that she created a whole new race from the single act of creation she was gifted with. The Omega on the other hand is jealous of what the Scribe Virgin has created and seeks to destroy her single love-the vampires because he was not gifted with the same powers. But also the Scribe Virgin has the ability to make miracles happen but refrains from doing so in order to maintain yin and yang as she mentions--but she's also an advisor of sort to the King and Queen of the Vampires. She advises them on all manner of issues and attempts to help the Black Dagger Brotherhood and provides them with the tools needed to protect the rest of the race.

She is the mother of all vampires. A goddess who was granted one act of creation by her father and used it to create a Race. She is the Omega's sister and one of the warriors's birth mother.
In a purely literary sense and relating ONLY to this series; At first I saw her as "god" but as you go further in to the series you realize she is not "god" but could be perceived as his most powerful angel. The O is the devil or some variation of it.

wowzerzzzz.... thats a spoiler for me.
I think she is a goddess or maybe the female version of Jesus in this book.
In the fourth book she shows up more than the first three.

Keep reading. :) I don't want to spoil it, but it's better explained who she is in Lover Reborn. I think it was (view spoiler), when he gives move light into it.

have u read dark hunters? ya know how artie is pretty much the head girl in charge and the dark hunters are her warriors thats how it is with the scribe virgin i think shes just a higher being and the brothers are her underlings (im only on book like 5 or 6 of the series so my take on it could be wrong as well)

I assumed she was angelic. That Omega was one of the fallen, but Lassiter showing up...I just don't know anymore.
I think, basically, she is a deity for the Vampire race that she created. To balance her out (she's big into balance) the Omega is evil and made the Lessers because he was jealous of her creation. Does that help any at all?
The Scribe Virgin is an entity or god if you will.
She and her brother the Omega are the descendants/children of the Maker given specific roles to play to keep the balance.
She and her brother the Omega are the descendants/children of the Maker given specific roles to play to keep the balance.
I just think of her as the mother/creator of the vampire race (for this series). An ethereal figure with powerful forces that can change things in the world we live in and beyond.
i kinda got the impression the scribe virgin and the omega were created by god. or something like it
A deity of sorts, with her powers limited to her dealings with the vampiric race she created. Definitely not all good or infallible.
The Scribe Virgin is just another fictional character on this series...the most powerful one ruling the vampire world --- where O is the tyrant that sway the balance...the world of good and bad colliding.

i thought she was god for the vampires. i thought our god existed for us also simultaneously... like every reality is tru for the beholder. that sort of thing. remember she told mary she could go unto the fade of her choice after dying
