Simon has been revealed as Robert Sheehan, he isn't as I pictured Simon but I think he's totally right to play the part!!

Ya mayb a haircut hair dye not noticeable make up and good acting will change my opinion

Robert Sheehan has a beautiful face. He doesn't need make up so as he doesn't look 'old'. What he does need is to put a bit of weight on. Lately he seems to have got really thin and it's made him look a bit drawn imo.

Logan Lerman is my Simon. But I'll give him a chance.

My Simon was Callan McAuliffe from I Am Number Four. I don't think Robert Sheehan really looks like Simon but I think that's because of his hair.

Samee!! But I guess I can imagine this guy as a vampire a bit more. His interview that Cassie put on her Tumblr actually made me loll, he seems quite funny.

Me too! Not crazy about him but if they cast him, they did it for a reason.

Yer Cassie said she was secretly rooting for him to win and was really pleased that he got the part and apparently he can do a really good American accent. He must be good if Cassie wanted him from the start?

Cassie said he acted the part when he first meets Jace and the part where he catches Clary n Jace kissing for his interview. She said he did really well

Not exactly the Simon I had in mind ....

Don't love him for Simon but don't have a big problem with him. Not really as I pictured him but I guess if he does a good job with the role that's basically all that matters to me.

There are better pictures of him. I think he will be fine. i would rather have someone who looks nothing like Simon who is a fantastic actor rather than a Simon look alike who cant act.

I just realized Robert Sheehan sings. He was pretty good in the Grammys. I really like him as Simon.

A couple of days ago Sony released a tumblr page for Simon. It's called Mind of Simon Lewis. It seems intresting, and it you have a tumblr then you should defiantly check it out.

Things have been great with my band (Eric, Matt and Kirk) — we have a good vibe.

I play bass and it’s pretty badass. Matt says he knows someone who could get us a gig at the Scrap Bar. We’ve been playing shows around town already and that would be cool to get in. We’ve been throwing these names around.

He was a perfect Simon. But it's not hard to be one. Give a thin and nerdy boy glasses and there you have your Simon ;P

Agreed! Not a huge stretch.

He was pretty good! He looked the part and he acted the part.

I think he did the best job out of the whole cast to be honest.

TOTALLY AGREE!!! In his past jobs he played a troubled teenager called Nathan in misfits and is H I L A R I O U S with what he says and what he does
And his American accent was perfect!!! xD
