Scarlet knew less people would be here so she started looking for a romance book. right now all she wanted to do was read a good book ALONE
Lucas walked in, slightly bored. He wanted to read a book. He immediatly went to the classics section and started browsing around, trying to find a book. Preferably Sherlock Holmes. He was getting into that series
scarlet heard someone enter the shop and look around the self to see who it was and her stupid dress knocked two books down "dam" she whispered and quickly went back to looking for her book hoping that the the other person wouln't see/hear her
Lucas heard two quiet thuds and a whispered curse as he started walking around. Instead of seeking out the noise-maker, he decided to say something. "hello?" he called out, slightly expecting to hear silence in return. He looked at some books on the shelf next to him, waiting for a response.
Ziv wandered into the store, humming. She wasn't really into partying with complete strangers at this moment, and figured it would be a lot quieter here. Ziv liked books. Musty, paper smells and words that could easily paint a picture more beautiful than any artist could present, at least in her head.
Lucas shrugged as he got the silence he had expected, then walked off to the mystery section. He noticed someone come in and heard quiet humming, but other than that it was prettymuch silent. He grinned as he found what he was looking for. He pulled the thickly bound book by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle off the shelf, coughing as a cloud of dust came with it. Obviously nobody had want to read about the mysteries solved by Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson for a long time. He cleared his throat and flipped through it with a happy smile.
Ziv quietly started searching through the first section her eyes landed on, going for anything with an eye-catching title or cover. In this case, Ziv was judging on appearance alone. She found a few books to her liking, and tucked them into the crook of her arm with a small smile.
Lucas hugged the thick old dusty book to his chest with a triumphant smile. He did not care that his dress clothes were getting covered in dirt and dust and whatever else was on that ancient book's cover because he had it. He started walking to the counter to pay and accidentally knocked into a girl, dropping his book and falling onto the floor
"... Oh hey, you alright?" Ziv blinked, looking down at the random boy on the floor. "Sorry about that. Maybe keep a closer eye on where you're going?" She suggested innocently, huddling her books closer and walking away so her dress wouldn't get dirty. She bought her books and left the store, heading for the Masquerade Clothes in order to buy a mask.
Lucas nodded embarrassedly as she spoke. He soon recovered, standing up and brushing himself off. He grabbed his book off the floor, brushing it off too, just for good measure. The book was already covered in grime, so he ended up staining his hands. He went to the counter anyways and paid for his book, walking out with a smile.
when every one had left she payed for 4 books and left for her house in the fire living area
danny walks in and looks at all the books.she walks around looking around taking in all the details. she smilies and smells that old book smell that she loves.
she looks for a mystery book. she takes out a bunch of books and sits on the floor looking threw all of them.
Lune walked in, and dashed off to the fantasy aisles. She loved books, and her favorite genre was fantasy. Mysteries were too informational like, too much to think about, and science fiction was the same, then romance was just too--blech--for her. Fantasy was something that she enjoyed to read.
Tony entered the shop. He wore his dark jeans and a green t-shirt that went well with his silver half-mask he was wearing. His hair was its normal state of wildness and bounced with every step. He looked around him loving the sight of all the masks. It was his first year in Town during the ball. He walked towards the fantasy aisle running his finger lightly across coveres. He didn't even see the girl until he bumped into her."Oh I'm so sorry" he said growing red.

she takes a pile of books and goes to the back and reads

Tony took the book and looked at it's cover. "Flying
Dutchwar?" he asked raising an eyebrow. "What's it about?"
(Just to let you know I don't think that is a real book so you can say whatever)
she hears voices in the store but chooses to stay in the back
she picks up all of the books but its to much to hold and she needs up dropping them all on the floor
Tony heard the loud nose of a stack of books falling. Looking around the corner he sees a girl with a pile of books spread at his feet. Hiding a smile "Here let me help" he said as bends down to help her pick them up. "What are you going to do with all those books?" he asked looked at the cover of one. It was green with gold embrosed words on it.
"um..i don't know..read them"she picks them up and stacks them up "what else would i do with them"
Tony thought about it for a moment. "Um.....Give 'em away? Get them just to look nice on your shelf? Or burn them?" He threw out some options, "And I sincerly hope that last one is not true." he added with a wink.
"well I'm reading them.......all of them"she smirks and crosses her arms looking at him."I would never burn book.....that would be stupid.....they only look good on a shelf once you read them"
Color rose to Tony's cheeks and he got a look of guilt about him. "Oh I wouldn't know about that. I think they look pretty good." He handed her the last book he had been holding. "I'm Tony. DOn't bother trying to shake me hand until you put some of those books down. DO you want any help?" He offered.
"im danny...."she smirks and looks at him "and i would feel guilty buying a book and not reading it.....like i bought it for no propose"she looks at all the books she's holding "and i got it"
"There is a purpose" Tony said in an indignet tone. "To look good on your shelf." He laughed, a pleasant laugh that was contagious. His black curls bounced lightly as he did so. "And You can always read them on a rainy day."
"but why wait...why not read them everyday"she smilies "i read everyday anyway...so all these books will be on a shelf soon enough"she smilies and looks at the books
she thinks to herself i love reading. you know what this guy is kinda cute and he has the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen and his hair is just so...perfect....what am i thinking right now
"Well you can only read so much before your eyes fall out." He wiggled his fingers in front of his eyes to imatate them falling out. "Then what good will all that reading be?" His eye's dance merrily as he put his hands down.
she rolls her eyes and smilies "i don't think thats going to happen.....but thanks for the concern " she smilies and looks at him trying not to thinks he's cute.
"You never know." He mumbled with a half smile. He paused a moment trying to think of how to phrase his next question. "You wouldn't be going to the ball tonight would you, Danny?" He asked in a shy kind of way, trying not to blush and meet her eyes at the same time.
she looks at him "i wasn't planning on going.....but i might"she shrugs holding back a huge smilie she tries not to blush "you never know"
"Okay, I am going to admit, this is my first year in the festivities, but..." He shifted from one foot to the other then stood still "You want to go with me?" He looked so hopeful, his deep brown eyes framed by dark lashes.

"What if I met you outside at.....um.." He had no idea how late the ball went or what time would be good or if there was food there....Tony didn't know pretty much anything about it. Stupid you should have found that out before finding a girl He kicked himself mentaly. "8 clock?" he finished unsure.

Tony watched her go already panicing about what he was going to do now. He needed to go back and change and find out when the ball ends and where it was taking place. His Aunt had shown him the general area when he first go here but he should check again. Waving to Danny he left the store.(RP at the BAll?)

Fifer walked into the bookstore and was hit with the smell of the old books. 'it smells so good in here' she thought as she walked along the endless isles of books, running her fingers along their spines, stopping occasionally to look at one of the books.
benny walks in looking around at all the books. he loves books and reading he loved old books alot that why he came here. he loved the smell of old book and the way they feel.
Fifer heard the bell above the door jingle. She turned and saw the boy walk in and she smiled briefly and turned back to the books. She came across an old mystery book and smiled 'jackpot' she thought as she smiled to herself
he was looking for a adventure book. he walks around looking at all the books and sees a girl holding a book and smilies happy he wasnt the only one in there. he takes a deep breath taking it al in and smilies .
Fifer walked aimlessly around the shop. She'd already gotten what she came here for, but she wanted to linger here, breathing in the scent and observing the books around her.
he picks a book he likes and is reading and looking at the pages while he walks. he dosent pay attention the where hes going and is lost in the pages of the book taking it all in and smilies a little. but he then crashes into someone.
