Mountain or Lowlander: Mountain girl
Appearance:
Laurel has very long, curly blonde hair that reaches almost to her waist. Her eyes are light green, almond shaped, and have long, dark eyelashes. She has delicate features, is quite thin, and about 5'2".
Personality: Laurel is very kind and generous. She is quiet, but not silent, and hard working. Animals are one of her favorite things, after her family. She is very shy and likes to be alone.
Family: Her mother, Naomi, her older brother, Eric, and her older sister, Iris.
Crush/ect.: None, yet.
Pets: Three goats (Minnie, Lady, and Granny Smith) and two cats (Bilbo and Merry).
History: She was born and raised on Mount Eskel. Her father died in a quarry accident when she was seven, so her mother raised her.
Other: Laurel works in the quarry, but not as often as she'd like.

History: Her cousin, Tryon, came to live with them when she was seven.

Personality: People-oriented and fun-loving, he makes things more fun for others by their enjoyment. Living for the moment, he loves new experiences. Dislikes theory and impersonal analysis. Likely to be the center of attention in social situations.
Family: Aven is his cousin.

History: His mother and father were killed in an accident when he was eight, so he was sent to live with his aunt and uncle, Ezra and Adlai.

Pets: 5 goats, and a dog.
History: she has had a hard life. her father died when she was 10, and she's taken care of herself since then.

Mountin or Lowlander: Lives in the mountins and goes to the lowlands to work.

Appearance: Lillian (Lily) Aladisdaughter
Long brown hair, blue eyes, and freckles. Pale skin and a green smile. Skinny and tall. 5'6 in height.

Personality: Very sweet, loving, nice, daring, and adventurase. She loves to explore outside and ride horses. She loves to make friends, pick flowers, and climb trees. She will spend most of her time outside doing anything she can. She also loves to read and write up in trees. She also has an amazing singing voice that she uses when she's happy or sad. Not excited, afraid, or any other feeling. She doesn't fall in love easy and doesn't give second chances to boys who changed their mind about her or cheated.

Familey: Her mother and father. She's an only child. Her father is very sick so she works to get money to help him get better. So is her mother.

When she was 12 her father had gotton cancer and still has it now.

Personality: She is the friend who will always be there, even if she's grumpy. Though, the grumpiness is just a cover to keep away boys. She was picked on when she was little and decided that the only boys she will trust is her dad and her brother. And her grumpy, sarcasm usually would disappear if someone is truly her friend. She secretly plays the violin, usually at night where most people won't hear her.
Family: She lives with both her parents and her older brother.

History: Her father is a merchant and travels around a lot. They got stuck on Mount Eskel and they're waiting for the next caravan of merchants to come along.

History:Kirsten never had the fairy tale life she always wanted.She had a messed up life that no one should ever have to deal with.Her life was something you would see in a murder movie,the exact opposite from a fairy tale.Her mother was sweet and took care of the girls.Her father was always drunk and never gave a crap about anyone.He would abuse and beat the girls.He would often even hit her mother.Her father once got in a fight with her mother and she told the girls to hide under the beds.As they did what they were told her father pulled out a gun and her mother dropped to the floor.Dead.Cold and lifeless.Her father shot himself 3 weeks later.Once Kirsten turned 13 her sister disowned her and left to live with her most recent boyfriend.Kirsten was left in a house with bloodstained carpets and no one to lean on.An orphanage found Kirsten roaming the streets and took her in.The orpahanage wasn't any better than her father.They beat and bruised.A family had adopted Kirsten for about a week until the parents got into a 'fight' and gunshots were fired.She was moved to a new family where she has lived ever since.Both parents work all day,so she barely gets to see them.

Appearance: He has darker hair than Taryn, more like a dark chocolate color. He has green eyes that sometimes look blue. He's tall, lean, and tanned from his many travels with his family. Also, he has a burn scar on is right shoulder when a wildfire broke out and he wasn't fast enough to be unharmed.
Personality: He is kind of reserved, but he isn't unkind. He likes to keep to his own thoughts, help out without being asked, and just being dependable. If you get to meet him, though, he could very well change.

Pets:A dog, a cat, and of course, a goat.
History:She was in the orphanage all her life because of her limp until she was released.

Oh, she's great, really, but her last name has to be a bit different... The girls take their father's last name, and add daughter after it. If they don't know who their father is, then they just don't have a last name. :)
