Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar: 100 Dairy-Free Recipes for Everyone's Favorite Treats is probably my most used, as cookies are quick and easy to whip up for guests. Appetite for Reduction: 125 Fast and Filling Low-Fat Vegan Recipes sees some use when I feel like a nutrient boost. I also use The Get Healthy, Go Vegan Cookbook, as it's good for breakfast and lunch ideas.

My brother cooks from that one a lot. The recipes are a little bit "advanced" but the food is always amazing. Even has vegan ice cream recipes!

I love Chloe's Kitchen: 125 Easy, Delicious Recipes for Making the Food You Love the Vegan Way, I haven't found any recipe in it that hasn't been a success yet. I also love Vegan Brunch: Homestyle Recipes Worth Waking Up For--From Asparagus Omelets to Pumpkin Pancakes b/c I am a FIEND for pancakes :)

I still seem to use The Compassionate Cook: Please Don't Eat the Animals cookbook more than most other books. It's falling apart, pages all out of order, but so many good recipes.

Someone bought me Vegan Brunch: Homestyle Recipes Worth Waking Up For—From Asparagus Omelets to Pumpkin Pancakes and I haven't actually tried any of the recipes! Any suggestions?
