Yes ma'am! But if you read above, this year won't be affected from last year. If you want to make a charrie or a memory from last year, you can. But nothing big will pop up this year.

In my other Hunger Games RP, the 3rd Hunger Games was meant to be a Quarter Quell, but we didn't actually get it going.

I'm saving the Quarter Quell for the 5th Hunger Games. But what do you guys think?

That was our original plan as well, until I pointed out the fact that we were losing active RPers. We never even got to do the Quarter Quell because we didn't have enough people!
