Post characters here that you'd like to see in a character battle that we're setting up. I was thinking about a poll to decide which character is in each weeks character battle.

Any kind of character from anywhere?

Yeah, I was thinking like a topic for each week. Like books, or video games, or anime.

What would the topic be for this first week?

Umm, I'm thinking anime/video games?

Ooo that'd work. And maybe set a limit to 2 or so characters from each game/anime, so there will be more variety?

Yeah, I'm voting for Saber

So, do we each pick to a maximum of 2 characters that are from games or anime, right?

Yeah. I'm just volunteering characters from different Animes and games right now.

Gilgamesh pwns Saber any day. =P

If he'd been out to immediately kill her rather than try to get her to marry him, it might have gone differently. XD

Correction: Amazing jerk. Note the capital. (He's a lot cooler in Fate/Zero though, lol.)

Plus, Saber doesn't glow. (And we all know whether or not you glow affects the outcome of a battle.)

Right... did you know in Unlimited Blade Works Shirou totally owned Gilgamesh with his own weapons

Well, the important thing is that you can find Saber on wikipedia and Gilgamesh too which is all that counts

Ok, so far, the characters we have pitted against each other are Saber and Gilgamesh. I know who I'm voting for.

Vote for *Mmph* *Mmph* Gets tackled for being biased. Ok, just read the wikipedia article and whichever character you like better, vote for them.

Nevermind, just vote for who you think is better by reading the wikipedia articles.

We should have a new rule: You can say you're confused once for something, then after that, you have to ask a question complete with what you think is happening.

Example:

Original: I'm confused, still.

With "Rule" Applied: I'm still unclear about this. Are we planning a character battle by popularity?

So basically state whatever it is that you think it is happening, then get told whether or not you're right. This way there won't be ten billion posts of "I'm confused."

Basically, you have to specify what in particular you don't get, and what your take on that is.

The current round is Saber vs. Gilgamesh. And you know Gilgamesh sounds cooler and far more prestigious than Saber. XD

Well, the characters have to know each other somehow. So naturally, if it was your characters, we'd use characters from your story without putting in new characters from say Fate/Stay Night.
