Hi

I am Alex, Indie writer of Dark Adult Fantasy/Romantic Fantasy Erotica. I live in the South West UK.

I currently have the first in the series published and am editing book 2.

I have been writing on and off for years but this is the first time I have had the courage to publish something. I enjoy writing and want to share that enjoyment.

Thanks Patti- The picture is Loch Awe in Scotland, It was raining that day so we had to edit out all the rain drops:)

I have a ton of others, unfortunately most of the really good pics were on the PC which died:(

Some people really hate the picture- I had someone say it looked like a book of inspirational essays;)

Someone else is doing the cover art for Book 2 but I am not sure whether to keep the cover I have for book 1 (this one) when I do the tinkering and re-release.

You could even do one for the group anthology! Submissions are being taken till the end of September. Any length, any genre.

Oh ok. I almost certainly have some erotica;) I do have something else too. It doesn't relate to my world as such but it is a fantasy story. It does need some work but I have had some positive feedback:)

I am will maybe submit that and see if I can do a short if I can find something suitable.

OK I think the choices are:
A couple of very short fairy tale types.
A fantasy short about a lonely mage, which I wrote for an RPG and never really used
A retelling of Beowulf.
Or an erotica short from something I am working on.

Or I can probably use an idea I had for the short from my "novel" world.

I finally finished the updates to Book 1 of the Chronicles, worked out about 6 extra pages of text, a new cover, some corrections and tighting of text. Is just in the getting reformatted for Kindle and should be out early in the new year.

I did want a map, and it is really annoying as I can see in my head what it should look like. Unfortunately I can't read maps, and I certainly cannot drew them. We have some software for map making but neither myself of the onme I tried to poke to do the map can use it properly so I gave that up as a bad idea:)
New edition of the paperback should follow shortly and Book 2 hoprfully by Easter.

My sister read a quote to me yesterday. "Erotica is using a feather; pornography is using the whole chicken!"

I am hoping to run a halloween giveaway to get some promo for myself and any other authors kind enough to donate their books.

My plan is to run it via rafflecopter with an entry question there and also with links on my blog and my fb author account. Any authors who donate will have the opportunity to have a paragraph or two posted on my blog to promote themselves.
