Daci dropped her bag and looked at the small waves crashing into the shore. She hadn't brought any bathing suit. She wasn't really a beach person. But she wanted to do something different then. So she decided she would just get in in her normal clothes. She had to do the laundry anyway.
Wesley looked at Daci with a grin before taking off his socks and shoes, and jumping into the water. He splashed through the shallows before diving in and swimming around under the water, still fully clothed.
Daci hesitated. She slipped off her shoes and socks as well. Then she slipped off her hoodie, leaving her with her T-shirt. Daci walking in. She just walked in. No diving nor any other thing. She sat down, sinking until the water touched her chin.
Wesley swam around, popping back up to look at Daci. He swam over, grinning. "Oh, come on, you're just going to sit there?" he asked. "That's boring!" he said with a frown.

(( Gosh the notufication system! Sorry guys! ))
Daci shrugged.
"It's... cold" that fake excuse was going to get her nowhere.

(( I'm back! Mah mum's phone had died horribly... ))
Daci sighed, but then nodded, defeated.
"Okay" she breathed.

"Okay" she breathed.
((Aww that's okay lol ))Wesley smiled. "Great! Come on then," he said with a small chuckle, swimming back out to the deeper part of the water.
Daci followed reluctantly. She wasn't afraid of the ocean or anything. She just had a fear of drowning. Since she almost did when she was five. That really turned into a phobia after years. Still, she tried to face it.
Wesley laughed softly. "See? This isn't so bad," he said with a grin, diving under and swimming around.
Wesley popped back up, tilting his head to one side as he looked at her. He frowned. "You hate swimming don't you?" He could see it all over her face.
Daci shook her head slowly.
"No... yes" she admitted in the end, just as she went under. She was panicking. She was paralyzed. She couldn't swim back up. She just sunk to the bottom slowly and helplessly.

Wesley gasped softly, cursing under his breath, and dove under, swimming fast. He swam towards her, grabbing her by the arm, and began pulling her back to the surface. Finally, he popped back up above water with her, gasping for breath.
Daci had fainted. She had swallowed enough water, trying to resurface. She felt stupid when she fell unconscious. But she was too scared to move or do anything to help herself back then. So she almost drowned right on the spot.
Wesley dragged her back to shore, laying her down on her back, panting heavily. "Daci?" he murmured, shaking her a little. "Daci, wake up," he said, fear rising inside him. Please don't be dead...
Daci heard something. A voice. Though it was muffled. As if the person were talking through a thin glass wall.
Wesley sighed, and leaned over her. He took a deep breath, and opened her mouth, swallowing nervously. He began to preform CPR, breathing air into her lungs.
...
After a while, Daci started breathing on her own. Her eyes opened up shortly after. She saw Wesley over her, seeming concerned. She smiled weakly.

Wesley blinked, pulled away, and smiled in return. "Hey," he murmured, blinking. "You okay?" he asked, his eyes bright with worry.
Daci managed to nod.
"Ye... yeah" she choked out, trying to sit up. She was blushing wildly. She felt so stupid.

Daci sat up and buried her face in her hands, her head throbbing.
"I did too" he muttered into her hands.
"I did too" he muttered into her hands.
Wesley felt a pang of guilt, and wrapped his arms around her, trying to comfort her. "It's okay.... you're fine..." he murmured, pulling her close.
Daci buried her face in his chest and tried not to cry out of fear. She was shaking. She wanted to say something, but nothing came out of her mouth.
Wesley sighed softly, rubbing his hand up and down her back as a comfort. "It's okay..." he repeated, feeling another pang of guilt, and wishing he knew before dragging her here.
Daci stopped shaking after a while. But she didn't move, nor say anything. She was still in shock.
Wesley pulled away a little, looking into her eyes. "Hey... you're okay... right?" he murmured, rubbing her arms gently.
Wesley blinked, trying to figure out what she was trying to say. "What about me?" he wondered, confused.
(( *sings the "i hate the notifications system" song* ))
Daci swallowed. She tried to finish the sentence.
"You... sa-saved me..." she breathed, feeling dizzy.

((XD))Wesley blinked, and gave a small smile. "Of course... why wouldn't I?" he murmured, tilting his head to one side.
(( AHHHHHHH! STUPID COMPUTEH! ))
Daci shook her head. She looked down at her hands folded on her lap.
Daci shook her head. She looked down at her hands folded on her lap.
Wesley sat back, sitting cross legged. "You sure you're okay?" he wondered, looking at her with concern.
