The World beyond the camps discussion

First off Camp Egypt is in Texas, Camp Half-Blood is in New York, Camp Jupiter is in San Francisco. Where should Camp Asgard go? Keep in mind it has to be in North Dakota, Just which city?

Also any suggestions? Post them here.
