Choral darts around, free as a bird.

As soon as she's through the gates, Chloe is free. No one else ever comes out because of the Demons, but that's why Chloe loved it here. If another mermaid ever ventured out here, they wouldn't bother her.

Choral spots another mermaid but ignores her. She continues whipping around, causing bubbles following the blur of speed that she was.

See? Chloe thought to herself. That mermaid is terrible at whatever she's doing, but she's not bugging me! She did a series of twists & twirls as she undid her hair, letting it fall over her shoulders

Choral flips and twists and darts up out of sight. Then darts back down, her golden blonde hair cascading down her shoulders. She did series after series of twirls dives and flips but ignored the other mermaid in whatever horrible stunts she was trying to pull.

Chloe laughed as the other mermaid tried to copy her. Only works with red hair. She thought, remembering when her mom had done it. The mermaid did a twirl, but failed, & that was the last glimpse Chloe got of her before a purple blur ran into her

"Angel!" Chloe laughed, rubbing the over-excited fish's scales

Choral pulled gracefully twirls and spiraled upwards and then darted behind a rock on her way down, spying n the other mermaid.

Angel darted around Chloe, happy that she was here.
Chloe had found Angel last week, injured, & almost dead. Chloe helped Angel recover, & the little fish hasn't left her side since.
Chloe laughed, & spun around in circles, twirling & twisting with the greatest of ease, just like a pro

She sees the mermaid with a purple fish and then the other mermaid tried to pull more tricks. Choral scoffed, and then darted back to the gates, unseen.

Chloe didn't see the other mermaid leave, to busy playing with her friend, the purple fish.

Azure swims behind him and watches him shoot.

((I'm sorry I'm in but I have to entertain a 5 year old so I am between apps))

"It doesn't matter to me." she says

"Thanks." she says. "What do I do with it? Don't I have to gut it or something?"

"Okay." she says. "Follow me!" and she swims back through the gates

Chloe spins to a halt, nearly missing a rock wall.

Azure swims out through the gate and pulls graceful flips and twists, not messing up a single one. Then she lays on the sand and smiles. She stares dreamily upward.

Chloe notices another mermaid do an ok twirl and lay in the sand.

Azure plays with her hair and tries to stop smiling. Nope. I can't do it! she thinks and continues to smile

She's a smile freak, Chloe thought. She returned to spinning aeound with Angel

Azure raises her head and lays back down, her beautiful hair flowing behind her. She swished her tail happily.

She rolled over and fell asleep.

Chloe laughed when she saw the mermaid fall asleep. She tried to be extra quiet when she swam past her

Azure woke when a mermaid swam right in front of her. "What's the big idea?!" she shouts

"Geez, sorry! I was being quiet!" Chloe muttered, swimming away towards the coral reef

"Well I heard you. You were pretty stinkin loud!" Azure called after her. Then she swam off to the war barracks

Ryker and Emers swim in.

"I like this place!" Emers said happily

"It is very neutral, isn't it? I am not allowd to come here unless it's to patrol. To much risk apparently"

Emers made a face "You're not allowed to do a lot of things aren't you?"

"No, but I usually do them anyway." he thinks for a moment. "I would suppose that I'm not permitted to be making friends with a warrior. Im most likely not allowd to stay here for even this long and I'm also probably not allowd to be out here at all. I'm supposed to patrol from the inside. But I don't care"

Eners laughed. "Geez, now I'm glad I'm not royalty!"

"I have many responsibilities but I can't ever see myself being someone different. I'm proud of my rank, of who I am, of who I'm supposed to be. Brig royalty isn't so bad. But I bet being a warrior is a lot more exciting" Ryker smiled at her.

"Definately. As long as we go to battle, you don't care what we do." Emers said a bit smugly

"I care what you do. You are a very important to this kingdom, do you think we could be this strong a nation without warriors, do you think I would be patrolling, without you right now I could be in a dungeon on mermaid Atlantan territory or even dead. You are important in whatever you do"

Emers raised her eyebrows. "Well can you say that again so I can record it? No one will ever believe you said that."

"I've been told I'm very unpredictable" he smiles.

"Got that right." Emers said

Ryker laughed and scoped the place. It was clear and nobody was there. "We are good to go"

"Ok." Emers said
