I know that sometimes these are online somewhere for free, but I haven't found it. Do you have to buy the ebook to read it?

You have to buy it and it is only available on a Kindle, Nook, or it might be something you could read online but you would still have to purchase it. Unless you have one of those readers where you can lend an e book and it is lendable.
Just an FYI, this book is not lendable. You should read it though, because it gives a whole new insight into Hana.
I cannot wait to read this. Through the whole book of Delirium, I kept thinking where Hana was and what she was doing.
