Yeah, it's sure to be dramatic though! I'm almost looking forward to it... Not that I don't like them though! Just to see how they leave.

I just hope they don't die. I've really gotten to like them.
I like them too!! Good old Rory and Amy!Although, dying certainly would be dramatic! Instead of leaving. Not that I have anything wrong with leaving, or dying...but if I'm not mistaken, companions of the Doctor when he was younger (Classic Who) died....I guess we'll just have to wait and see!
Yeah, Moffat was saying, "Not everybody gets out alive this time!....And I mean it!" for the episode where Amy and Rory leave.
NO! AMY CANNOT DIE. I WILL KILL SOMEONE IF SHE DIES. Wow, I really like her a lot, huh?
Jeez Louise, poor guy! I bet Amy gets tired of that.
The commercial is for the episode with the Daleks, which is the first episode of this season. So she CAN'T be dead, at least, not yet. Honestly, death isn't the worst that could happen. Look at Donna!
Juliana wrote: "I KNOW!!!! I love her!!!! I mean i don't care if rory dies i mean he's already died five times."I would definitely care if Rory died! I LOVE Rory!!!! It would be more dreadful for the audience as well as him if he knew he wasn't coming back--well, he didn't the other times, but still....Rory can't DIE!!!

I like her too!

Precisely.
I can't remember who said it... Said something to Rory along the lines of "You've died many times. Die again and she will not come back for you." Wonder what it means?
When did THAT happen?!?!Today my sister and I watched "Night Terrors", "The Girl Who Waited" and "The God Complex". She LOVED all of them!!!!
I want to say it was in The Wedding of River Song and it was Madame Kovarian that said it... I'll have to watch it again.

NO KILLING THE PONDS! EVER!!!

It sounds evil but it's not! It's actually more..I don't know...humane?

Wonder what it means?"I just watched The Wedding of River Song last night, and the quote jumped out at me because I remember you asking about it. It was actually the Silence saying it to Rory as his eye patch was activating.

In Defense of Rory1. Rory is the love of Amy's life.
2. In the Eleventh Hour, the first person to notice something wrong with his patients was Rory.
3. Yes, he dies all the time. What's wrong with that? I find it kinda amusing and lovable.
4. He does serve a purpose in showing us how men react to the Doctor - they often feel inadequate and they worry constantly about being a more incredible person. We have what's called a character arc when that guy learns that he is indeed worthy.
5. Rory waited for Amy for 2000 years. That ought to count for something.
6. He's the fricking Last Centurion! That, my friends, is cool.
7. Rory is brave. How would you take it if the woman you loved suddenly dissolved into Flesh, and you had to face incountable odds to go get her back again?
8. He stands up to the Doctor when he feels that he is wrong, and he does not look at the Doctor through hero-worship, like Amy does. This balances his and Amy's relationship out nicely.
9. He's funny in an awkward way. I refuse to say "adorkable."
10. He's a nurse who cares a lot about people. Caring about people goes a long way in my book.
11. I loved the scene at the beginning of Vampires in Venice when he was calling Amy up at his stag party. He was supposed to be boozing it up with the boys, but he was instead thinking about his bride. I also haven't forgotten that scene at the end of The Pandorica Opens when his auton form shot Amy, and how Rory had to work hard to go against his auton instincts. Now that's strength.
Rory is the epic guy. He's the loving, kind, I'll-always-be-there-for-you guy every girl wants and deserves. I like Rory.
I second what Eris said, Rory is fantastic. I loved the way he grew and developed. There is a quote from Moffat that is great, let me find it...
Rosa Harkness, Jack's Epic Daughter wrote: "I think Amy's cooler though."I like both of them equally! They are awesome!
Eris ~ I am Nemo wrote: "In Defense of Rory1. Rory is the love of Amy's life.

I completely agree with everything you said!! Rory is brilliant. I couldn't have said it better. I, also, really liked the scene in The Pandorica Opens when he is trying to convince himself that he is real and trying to remain so! Amazing! The part when the Doctor popped out of the cake was hilarious, too! :D

There is a quote from Moffat that is great, let me find it..."My mom asked me to tell her about Rory, so I did. She said, in the beginning, that she "didn't feel the love between him and Amy." At first I grew worried and thought maybe she was right, but then I thought of everything in Season 5 and 6...
I ended up telling her,
"He basically pulled a Neville Longbottom."
It's true! :)
Both Neville and Rory are so cool!!!
Don't worry about it, Juliana. :) We all have different opinions and sometimes they change over time or they don't. I love Rory (Janeen, you're right - he is definitely a lot like Neville!) and a lot of people do as well, but you don't have to. That's what's wonderful about Doctor Who! If there's something you don't like, not to fear, for it will change soon.
I just noticed that! He is a Neville!
am i the only one thats kinda glad Amy and Rory are leaving? I mean i LOVE Rory. but i haven't liked Amy since the end of Season 5. i stopped liking her in Season 6. not sure why. I would love for Rory to stay, but it'd be weird without Amy. i still don't want either of them to die though D=
I love them both, and I am sad to see them leave, but I'm excited to see what happens next. Especially since Matt has only had the Ponds as companions I'm looking forward to seeing him with a different companion and how that changes the dynamics.
Anyone have any ideas of what is going to happen to the Ponds? I mean, it's Moffat so trying to guess is liable to do damage to your head, but still. Any predictions?
Hmmmmmmm... I predict that Amy and Rory's relationship is going down the tubes, but by their last episode they are finally getting it together and repairing their marriage. Then Amy or Rory will be tragically separated by a Weeping Angel (or something), and the companion left with the Doctor will hate his guts and leave him.
