Today over at www.CyberLaunchParty.blogspot.com we are celebrating the release of Darrell Bain's new short story collection OOPS! Oops! is the third collection of stories by Darrell Bain. When Cupid and a Gremlin bump heads, the sparks fly in a rare fantasy story by the author. Others stories in the collection include A Simple Idea, an almost ludicrously simple method of eliminating corruption and idiocy from the political process, one that has been around for centuries but gone unrecognized. Cure for an Ailing Alien finds a nurse who must come up with a cure for an alien, one whose bodily processes are completely unknown. You'll be amazed at her cure! Retribution is the story of unexpected consequences when alien meets human. Robyn's Rock is partially based on a happening in the author's life during a walk with his granddaughter.
The collection is completed by: Coyote Scare, A Steel Trap Mind, The Furniture Formula, Golden Years, Why Read an eBook on Your Computer?, PSI Ability, Another Furniture Formula, The Jack Daniels Bug, Math Madness, The Naughty Bed, and Samantha's Talent.

Zetta, thanks for the add! I loved Messalina: Devourer of Men. I couldn't put it down and I looking forward to reading more of your books.
Hey, I have no idea how many books I've read over the years and I've got so many I've just put away so. This will be a weekend project sometime. Just to take them out and list them all. It could take a while!
I hope you found an appealing book suggestion while perusing my shelf. Have a good one and give my regards to Messalina. :-)

OIL AND WATER...AND OTHER THINGS THAT DON'T MIX
The disaster facing the Gulf Coast has been on the minds of millions of people and the ladies of the She Writes™ - Southern Writers group expressed many feelings of anger, sadness, and disgust. We are not helpless, but what can we do?
She Writes™ members Zetta Brown and Nicky Wheeler-Nicholson Brown decided that something needed to be done where people can put their talents together and help make a difference. What better way than to produce an anthology where the proceeds will go where it is needed most?
Oil and Water...and Other Things That Don’t Mix contains stories, poems, and recollections from 27 authors, women and men all dealing with the theme: “Conflict...Resolution Optional.” These selections will make you laugh, cry, think, and some may even get you angry. These are stories from award-winning authors and journalists, newly published authors, as well as from talented new authors who make their debut in this volume. Jenne’ R. Andrews - Shonell Bacon - Lissa Brown - Mollie Cox Bryan Maureen E. Doallas - Mylène Dressler - Nicole Easterwood Angela Elson - Melanie Eversley - Kimeko Farrar - L B Gschwandtner John Klawitter - Mary Larkin - Linda Lou - Kelly Martineau Patricia Anne McGoldrick - Ginger McKnight-Chavers - Carl Palmer Karen Pickell - Dania Rajendra - Cherie Reich - Jarvis Slacks Tynia Thomassie - Amy Wise - Dallas Woodburn Zetta Brown - Nicky Wheeler-Nicholson Brown
All proceeds from Oil and Water...and Other Things That Don’t Mix will go to directly benefit MOBILE BAYKEEPER, and BAY AREA FOOD BANK, two charities helping to combat the effects of the spill and help the communities affected.
