Haha, that's just how I deal with things that are unpleasant. My life isn't easy, and I have to be able to keep laughing at things, or I'll lose my mind. Don't be afraid to hold back with me.I'm hoping I'll be able to make it funny enough, but I have some ideas. I am not running for the hills yet, so I'm going to send you my e-mail address through private message.
I can tell you from experience that having a camera up your butt is very unpleasant. :o) I've had two colonoscopies, and it's just a very uncomfortable experience. Not to mention the laxatives you have to drink beforehand. *shivers*I would love to have a look at your book! Hahaha, I'll read it and point out any errors, I will even make suggestions if I think of any, but this is your baby. :o)
I personally think comedy would come to me more naturally than dark and gritty novels, but maybe if I ever get a spark of inspiration... ah, we'll see. I'm serious about this one though. I tried to write it two years ago, but now I have a clear view of where I'm headed with it, and I've written an elaborate outline. Should be okay this time. I think I just jinxed it...
Concerned? Well, I've had it for 8 years and I'm still here, so it's nothing life-threatening, but it's certainly annoying. Kristen told me about your IBS and about how you have to keep firm control over your life so it doesn't bother you. My intestines bother me all the time, and I've been at home since February with anxiety caused by it. Since the doctors can't find what's wrong with me, I don't know what to do to prevent pain/cramps, and therefore I am always worried, which doesn't exactly help, as you know.Your book was (high) fantasy if I remember correctly, right? That takes a lot more time to perfect than the novel I'm planning on writing. It'll be a YA, some innocent fun. I would be happy to edit/proofread your book for you, but you'll have to do the rewrites yourself :o)
Don't worry about being less active. I know you're busy.Ah yes, I remember from when Kristen told me that you were working on a new house and living with her parents. That must be quite the relationship test for all of you :o) That's so amazing that you can hear her kick. Must be quite a surreal feeling! I'm so happy for you guys.
I'm.. I don't even know. I've been at home since February dealing with anxiety and 8-year-long tummy issues. But I've also decided that I'm going to try to write a novel during Camp NaNoWriMo this July, and I'm going to study Dutch/English/German next year :)
Formal request to receive a picture of your future baby like this:http://www.dontpokthebear.com/drawing...
Yes to the sequel no to the Phoenix stop! When in March and where? I might actually be able to make that one!
Hey Brandon, thanks for the friend request! We definitely have loads of books in common, and it's nice to meet someone who likes reading both YA and classics. I look forward to chatting with you. :)

Hah. I would much rather listen to the Ye Olde English version of Ice Ice Baby than the horrible modern one...
Oh, a travel tip just occurred to me, regarding language: do take a dictionary to restaurants. Otherwise you may say to yourself "Kingklip? That sounds interesting" and end up with
Ugh, I hate that. Such a cheap trick, and so OBVIOUS. I'll try and post something soonish! I'm sort of getting my feet underneath me now, slowly but surely. It'd be good to get back to reviewing regularly; heaven knows I have a backlog enough to keep me busy even if I don't have time to read anything new.
Haha, wow, really? that's awesome! Thanks!Yeah, I haven't been on much - busy over the summer and even busier now that the school year's started up again. Blergh.
How've you been?
Hi, Brandon! Thanks for the request and for the discussion on Eon. I added you as soon as I saw Strega Nona on your shelves :D
Yes! You do that. I'd love to read it, I swear to you. (Especially since the chance of me ever going on a mud run is zilch!)Make sure you don't forget your spare set of clean clothes! Don't want to walk home looking like a muck-monster now, do you?
Oh, Brandon, how lovely of you to say that. Now I feel pressurised to be entertaining. Eek!Anyway. I've missed your updates, too. Did you go on that extreme sports course, then, or is that still to come?
I do like Frodo a lot, especially since he gave Gollum another chance, but I felt like Sam was what kept me cheering Frodo on. Plus, the sections with Frodo in the novel tended to drag on and were incredibly boring. I absolutely love Aragorn and Snape truly was very heroic. Haha, I'm glad you liked/agreed with my statement. I feel as if that's really why I even read books - to connect with and relate to characters who can inspire and motivate me. :) Yes, Inge and I tend to go a little crazy when it comes to writing on each other's profiles!(: It takes me nearly a good fifteen minutes to answer/reply to everything, but I love it! :D

It would be wise to wait at least half an hour, because they might accidentally press a hoof into your stomach while wrestling. You know those rascals, getting into the moment and all!
Hello, you! Thank you very much for the friend request. I will let you know as soon as I wrestle another llama in public, normally we just do it for fun though! Unexpected playfights and all :) stop by for a cup of tea/whatever you want to drink and you might get in luck! Who knows, maybe we'll let you join :)
Hi Brandon! I'm so glad you liked my reviews, and thank you very much for the friend request.I'm sorry you didn't like City of Ashes either. It really is an awful book. But then again, it's only re-hashed fanfiction, so what more can we expect, eh?
Hi, Brandon! Thanks for the add - us Arizonans should stick together, right? :)Looking forward to seeing your thoughts on the readalong!
Hey! Thanks for the friend-vite, looking forward to chatting with you. I believe I didn't get to read the whole answer to my challenge question, but it was enough. :)
That's okay! :)I was intrigued by the fact that your favourite genres are classics...and...young adult. You're right' that IS a strange mix.
Can't wait to get to know you. :D
Thanks! Have you seen the first two episodes? They were released online over the weekend (at korranation.com). It's pretty awesome so far! :D
Thanks for the friend invite! I've enjoyed discussing Eona with you and I noticed that you are reading Loki. I think i may have downloaded that one a few weeks ago. Looking forward to discussing books with you.
Hey, thanks for the add! And yes, it is an Avatar reference! 'Tis one of my favorite TV series ever. :)
Haha, I just compared our books and our tastes are 86% similar. =) I wonder why we're married! I need some serious reading time this weekend to finish Mockingjay! I'm going to have read the middle book the fastest...that's sad.

I agree. I have really enjoyed the LOTR read along. Hoping I can join the next one.
Cillian wrote: "Hell to the yeah, Brandon! I appreciate any input/toughs/comments you want to add about LOTR.I'm fan-girling Tolkien so much it's sick.
Have you read Salvatore?"
I have not read Salvatore. I'm actually pretty new to fantasy. All I read was religioun books while I was is school. I've branched out the last few years, so I'm open for suggestions.

Good luck!
