Darren, my publisher is pretty much disengaged from this project. I don't think there's much help from that end. Would it work for me to send you a digital copy of the book? (I've promised my publisher not to do that if there was any chance at all it would escape out into general circulation.)

Thanks for adding me as a friend. Out of curiosity, have you ever read any of Michael White's work on narrative family therapy (the entire approach is heavily influenced by Foucault)? Given some of your interests, I'm thinking it might resonate with you quite a bit.

Also, do you happen to have any influence with the folks at Albatross Press? I would do almost anything to be able to read A Gentler God in large print on my kindle (that device is the best thing that's EVER happened to me as a partially sighted student)
