Good Luck,

Bloomin’Chick (Jo) aka The Eclectic Spoonie For today, Happy Birthday Marine! For tomorrow, thank you again for your Service! (From myself and my Husband, who also says "Semper Fi Brother!") Our Marine is home safe, though going back to Iraq at some point, probably in 2009 and the other was only home for a brief time before returning. I hope this finds you & yours well!

Jeannie Faulkner Barber God bless you Eugene! Thanks for the message and I will pass on the comment to my hubby! My guestbook is on my site now so if you find the time, I'd be very PROUD to have you sign it. The one lie is going to 'hook' you when we finally get the story through all the editing. *sigh* Don't think it's a chick lit because it has more twists than a pretzel. I hope I've sparked your interst a bit (LOL!). Stay safe young man and I'll keep you and yours in my prayers!
Blessings,
Jeannie

Jeannie Faulkner Barber I salute you sir for many reasons! First for your service and second that you're a Texan. My hubby was in the Marines during Viet Nam. What an interesting bio you have. If you have time, I'd love for you to visit my web site, jeanniebarber.com. I'm a novice writer so feel free to make any kind of suggestions, ideas or thoughts to correct it. I’m co-authoring a novel with Patty Wiseman, another friend on Goodreads. We’ve known each other for over 30 years. While you're there, please sign the guestbook, too! There’s also a link to our book you can click on…clairkelley@synthasite.com. This site is brand new and in the editing stage as is our story. Please visit it as well. We’re both very green, but we’ve met so many people on this site willing to reach out and offer advice or a guiding hand.
Blessings,
Jeannie

Bloomin’Chick (Jo) aka The Eclectic Spoonie though no longer active, my husband is a marine (i've found out just how true "once a marine, always a marine" is!) ~ best wishes for you and your family and thank you for doing a job for our country that most of us civilians wouldn't think twice about!

Rosemary John is right--Thank you for your service! And thanks for adding me as a friend. I, too, grew up in Fort Worth. My mother still lives there and is a docent at the Log Cabin Village.

I wish you the best with your book and in life!

John Hi Eugene,

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE! What you--and all those in the armed forces--have done for our country is very much appreciated. A lot of people talk about freedom and liberty--and then those are those who actually put themselves in harm's way to defend freedom and liberty.

Best wishes!

--John
