"Let alone the content, the form is really didactic. The author brings examples and I love the little sentence we might have in our head. It somehow reminds me of my therapy coaching ten years ago, I was told about the little sentences we have that we need to diffuse them to start the process of changing. Not a general rules but a good strategy.
