"When castle goes to track practice, He meets his track runners, then he gets introduced as the new track runner to the team. Castle was already at the track field, when everybody else arrived, he had no shirt on because he was trying to beat usain bolts record, but he was being to cocky and coach made him keep on running, even after the track practice.
