yup. this was THE book for me.

I didnt love kiss the sky so I didnt have high hopes for this book but WOW. I wasnt super connected in the beginning but around the 30% mark I got hooked and couldn't put it down.

I didnt love kiss the sky so I didnt have high hopes for this book but WOW. I wasnt super connected in the beginning but around the 30% mark I got hooked and couldn't put it down.

I always felt a bit disconnected to rose and Connors relationship (though I feel like I connect w rose the most out of all the girls) but their relationship just always felt off to me in comparison to lilo and raisy. but this book GODDDD this book, it showed such a different side to them. they finally opened up to love and loving out loud and it was just such a beautiful thing to witness. their tension, the games, UGH yes.

I also have always loved Connor but he's had his moments but this book completely changed my mindset on him. seeing him finally humanize himself-let himself feel the emotions instead of always hiding behind his armour & seeing him finally crack, its like he's finally free from his past and can truly live now. same with rose, she's opened up to her emotions so much in this book, allowing herself to feel and let it all out, it was so so satisfying to see. this change in both of them has completely changed their relationship for the better, it makes me so happy. OH AND Connor finally forming a stronger bond with ryke, made me so happy to see.

this book made me so emotional too, I think ive connected w these characters on such a level I can't even begin to describe, when they're hurting im hurting (so fucking corny bruh lets wrap it up) but I truly see myself so much in this series it means a lot to me.

I really am shocked with how much I loved this book, and im so happy to see rose and Connor start to begin their lives (unfortunately away from the others) but they're growing up!!! it was a bittersweet ending, but so beautiful <33 ...more "
