"The book is overall fairly entertaining so far, but I’m am not getting very excited by it. I find the characters, especially the main character difficult to relate or empathize with. The book makes biting and important commentary about our world, but it often times lacks subtly." — Feb 27, 2020 11:52PM

"In this section of the book, we hear a lot more character development especially Lennie. He has a capability for destruction but at heart is a soft soul, and typically hurt people on accident. SLim agreed with Lenniewhe he said that George isn't mean he is just not bright. I am still enjoying this book and its characters" — Dec 12, 2019 04:21AM

"I’ve only just started this book, but I like it already. I am reading this under the recommendation of jack who said he had really enjoyed it. So far the main character seems to be very relatable and I enjoy the way the author writes. If the texts pokes some fun at Holden, I could also take it as a slight tease to me as well, in a way. I think this book would appeal to people like me" — Mar 13, 2020 12:04AM
