"The way the author expresses things that she thinks are shocking is a little tedious, considering that a lot of those things are pretty common knowledge. I'm continuing with this book only to get to the method of reducing phone usage to see if it's helpful, but the first part where she's trying to convince me that I need that info is annoyingly over-bearing.
