Sluzhba Vneshney Razvedki (Служба внешней разведки) (SVR, norsk: Utenriksetterretningstjenesten) er navnet til Russlands primære eksterne etterretningsorganisasjon.
SVR utviklet seg etter at KGB ble reorganisert etter Sovjetunionens sammenbrudd. I oktober 1991 overtok Tsentralnaja Sluzjba Razvedki (TsSR, den sentrale etterretningstjeneste) etterretningsinnhentelsen og -analysen som før hadde sortert under KGBs første hoveddirektorat. I desember samme år ble den tidligere sjefen for dette direktoratet, Jevgenij Primakov, utnevnt til leder for organisasjonen, som samtidig fikk det nye navnet SVR. SVR ble offisielt opprettet den 18. desember 1991.
