"The gladiator arc is really fascinating because this shows Hadrian’s capability of leadership better than having to do his father’s errands. I loved how encouraging he is, how strategic and cunning.
Although I can say that the fighting scenes could be written better. I guess coming from John Gwynne’s fight scenes is being biased but I just want better specifics." — 3 hours, 5 min ago

"It’s a lengthy battle with losses on both sides. But what I like about this is how involved the gods are in the battles. Apollo, Venus and Mars helping the Trojans while Pallas, Juno and Minerva helps the Grecians.
I especially find it amusing when they turn to Jove to complain and seek permission for intervention." — Mar 01, 2026 09:27PM
