Mack asks very CLEAR questions that really make sense to ask God; considering thatI am a born again believer in Jesus Christ and I see so many "church insitutions" turn people away from him and to their religious rules, regulations and institutions for their own power and glory- Not Gods. I think a lot of people are offended by the TRUTH in this book. Many times I had to put it down when there was an answer that contradicted my "teaching" and upbringing, I would have my own conversation with the Lord about it- You know people- Jesus made coming to him SIMPLE- SO SIMPLE- that only those who HUMBLE THEMSELVES as LITTLE CHILDREN Would get to see the Kingdom of God. PEOPLE have made Christianity- Anti-Jesus and everything HE is and Always will be. People forget that the only letters of the bible tha will stand at he end on time is the Words of Jesus; there is NOTHING in this book, that contradicts the Words in RED. Wars rage, people hurt- blood is being spilled because "believers" ar doing what they think is right- when truly IN CHRIST- the promise is that it was Finished... any book like this that changes a hard,unforgiving and dead heart to embrace God THROUGH JESUS CHRIST BY THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, to walk away knowing God as a Father and learning to LOVE all man kind the way HE intended it, is a testimony in itself. To the perfect, unsick people out there- no loss to you- you probably didnt need a walk in the garden or on the water after all.. This book was wrtten for specific people, I can see its fiction and herasy to most, but those few who are dying inside and hurting like hell and need Papa God to show up- He literally takes you into this journey and walks you through your own pain.. You see a reflection of your own life in this. All I know, its changed MY LIFE and I only grew closer to JESUS by reading. I know that I understand the sacrifice HE made for me because of this. ...more "
