"the huge collection of drawings and photographs from the era are genuinely invaluable are what makes this book worth the read, but from a research perspective it is really bothering me that there are ZERO citations or sources within the text. i think a lot of the text in this book relies heavily on “shock-factor” rather than real and CLEAR information about eroticism during this time" — Mar 19, 2026 08:16AM
