"This chapter was great, the author uses imagery to the point where I can see Zelie and the wonderful market of Lagos. Here, we get to see Zelie head to the markets of Lagos to barter fish for coin. She gets a steady 500 silver, which is, apparently, really really good. However towards the end this 'copper skinned girl' grabs her wrist tightly, pleading for help. I wonder if this girl is Amari from the last chapter?" — Nov 23, 2020 05:17PM
