"I am making extremely slow progress with this book; it is fascinating, and I am not familiar with the political background of his thought and experience. I am trying to read references that come up as I read "Why Orwell Matters". To me it is fascinating because of his insight, depth of understanding the world around him - and how he translated it into the writings he left behind. Also reading "Homage to Catalonia"" — May 10, 2015 11:53AM
