The Author did a dexterous work of laying good bricks of sensible argument for the adequacy and sufficiency of the black race to survive and thrive by intermeddling with the productive wisdom of the distinct intellectuals of African descents across the globe - while exploring the several potentials of her blessed continent by judiciously optimizing her resources and breaking the intractable boundaries that have brought contentions amongst her people - who are bound together by purpose , chance , deserts, rivers, lakes and the beautiful orange sunset to the splendor of sunrise without alienating the skin grafting harmattan and the outlandish rainfall.

The author, pouring conscience into words, admonished the black race to sit up amongst the comity of nations and break her fallow ground without the need for validation, commendation and unsolicited economic intrusions, indebtedness and handouts - in the guise of aids - from parasitic entities who have engineered the cause of African economic and political doom.
He appealed to African leaders to take off their putrefying helmet of foolishness, engage superior knowledge through research and strategy, and be more communal than selfish in their administration of public trust in their coffers.

The phoneme of every word in this well crafted collection, will curl around your lips and draw your tongue and olfactory senses, deep into the juicy marrow of each soft, yet, frenetic line and analogy in each page, till you savor the truth and vulnerability in every molecule of the unchained expressions of the author.

The author fastidiously chauffeured us into an unusual architectural dimension in his literary castle and held us to a wild feast of words in his lush garden of metaphors, litotes, anthropomorphism, satire and sarcasm. The author is indeed a social prophet; calling out the black race to rebel against every limiting beliefs, inimical racial construct and distortions that attempts to denigrate and dehumanize people of color by means of propaganda, innuendoes, policies or systemic indoctrination.

The poet enthused his desire for the black race in the expression below:

‘I wish you can rise through the squalor of poverty
and voices that watercolor you as under-represented.
I wish you can emblaze your name in gold,
and swim against every wave of hate.’

This work, in recent times, is the most affective literary piece to help Africa navigate her path from the dunes of socio political and economic cum racial hypnosis to the boulevard of political transparency, economic prosperity, cohesion, freedom from neocolonialism, blockade to brain drain and release from self sabotage.

I recommend this book as a text of in-depth study for all academic, social and religious institutions around the globe to serve as a guide into the journey and adventure of African descents and inquisition about the glory, shame and yearnings of their predecessors.
And to also serve as a psychological toolkit to help people of color heal from cognitive lesions suffered from racial slurs and complexities.
Hence, it will be a case of literary calumny and asinine of anyone, to not deem this book a classic in its own right. ...more "
