The Elite are those people, the experts, who run the day-to-day operations of society’s institutions—like the government, the media, academia, and Hollywood.
Taken in this context, identifying as an “Elite” is most certainly not something to aspire to. Hollywood, the legacy Media and the so-called intellectuals who dwell within their fantasized safe-spaces are about as far fro, the definition of Elite as they come.
