"Half of what I’m reading is just teenage flirting, and the other half is catching up new readers on info from the previous book like this is a TV show. So far, very little plot and lots of giggling.
I might just give up on this series. I can’t believe this is even the same author." — Jun 27, 2023 09:44AM

"It’s getting a bit repetitive, but I appreciate the slower pace for a brief change. The discussions between characters are loooong, and also a bit repetitive. There’s a potential for meaningful emotional or intellectual exchanges, but their discussions just seem like the longest dumbest attempt at solving a mystery by process of elimination (info dump). I would hope they’re smarter than this." — Jan 28, 2025 05:46PM
