"I really love the movie, so I was really excited to start this trilogy!
The supporting characters that I liked in the movie, like Astrid, I now love because they are fleshed out a lot better. Like most book to movie adaptations, the characters have more flaws and obstacles to overcome in the book than in the movie. This honestly makes me love the book more, because it feels like a more authentic love story." — Dec 15, 2020 09:28AM
