Its a really interesting book that keeps be hooked and wanting to know what happens next. In my book, there's a couple of characters mentioned. Which are the protagonist Ari, her sister Evelyn & her husband Patrick, her mother Nancy and her father, Ari's best friend Summer and the new girl she met in school Leigh. Ari is a teenage girl who usually feels as if she doesn't fit in. Her best friend, Summer, is much more popular than she is, and according to Ari, Summer is much more prettier. Summer is flirty and outgoing and is always with boys. Ari is the complete opposite. Then there's her sister Evelyn, who had her first baby when she was 17 and got married around that age as well. She recently had her second baby, which was a boy but she was desperately hoping for a baby girl. Evelyn is a rude sister who always seems to be upset about something. During the time that Evelyn was pregnant, their Uncle Eddie died and left the will to Ari's parents. And with the money, the were able to transfer Ari to better school and allow her to go to the college she wanted. She was transferring to Hollister, the school Summer went to. She was a Junior and didn't think she'd like Hollister because the people there are different than her. They're much more popular and prettier and smarter and etc. When Ari got there, she met a new friend, Leigh. She's nice but then Summer finds out that Ari met Leigh. SO summer starts telling Ari rumors about how Leigh got in a car accident and her boyfriend died and that now she's with someone new. Summer was the wrong. The guy she thought was Leigh's new boyfriend was actually her cousin, Del. It seems to me that Summer doesn't like Ari hanging with Leigh. But let's see what happens. I think Summer might start confronting Ari about Leigh and they'll have an argument and stop being friends for a while. Who knows what would happen. A question I have for this book is that why does Summer always care about what people think about her? She had a lot of surgeries to fix her nose and all that. And when school started Ari was the only one that knew that Summer broke her leg, but Summer didn't want no one from school to know what happened. She has her hair died and always wears make-up. She cares about her appearance and always likes to know that guys are after her. Why? I've noticed that Ari keeps a lot of thoughts to herself. She keeps to herself about how gorgeous and sexy she thinks her brother-in-law Patrick is. And the fact that Summers spreads rumors about Leigh because it obvious she doesn't like her. She doesn't say much. Buy Ari likes to draw. Faces, especially. She sits in her older sister's old room and just sketches faces from memory. I think that pretty cool. She must be a really good artist. Well, that's I've read so far. I hope this book has a good ending. I wonder what would happen next. Maybe someone would fall for Ari this time, instead of Summer. Maybe they'll stop being best friends! Or maybe she'll stop talking to Leigh. I wonder of all this. ...more "
