While I recall that she put her pen down prior to his knowledge of her secret, his jealousy and distaste for the subject has seemed to influence her future. "I have more thoughts…Considering I started this book 3 years ago—perhaps I’m not enjoying it or it’s not as good as I originally thought.
I love an essay style read, but this isn’t digestible enough to recognize a profound takeaway as often as I’d like.
Not every essay is going to be moving or exceptional, but I’d like to read each essay and at minimum have a curiosity.
