everything about this universe, but especially this book is so amazing and captivating and literally soooo addicting. it never leaves my head and i always want to keep reading. i had to reread a year later and finally annotate it. i showed this book so much love that i literally love it so much and it is sooo me!!!

ugh this part for me the second time around. when rhys admits everything to feyre and how the mating bond clicked into place IN TAMLINS MANOR, it makes me see acotar so differently. like the first time i read it i thought of rhys as the cruel cunning bad guy and tamlin as feyre’s mate and love. i did not think rhys was good at all so when i did read that confession, it changed my whole view on him ughhhh i love him so much. and when i just recently had read acotar i obviously knew rhys was a good guy and he loved feyre and he did not want to be doing this, but still when i read the confession i wanted to reread AGAIN. like my favorite part in this section is “ there you are. i’ve been looking for you” “ thank you for finding her for me” LIKE UGH HE HAD DREAMS ABOUT HER and what differentiates rhys from tamlin is that he let feyre live her own life even though he knew she was his mate. he didn’t make a bargain with hybern or jeopardizes anybody’s safety. rhys is a good guy and that is just one thing that makes him superior to tamlin (and chapter 55 ofc 😏😏)

the end. THE END. feyre is so good she is SO FREAKING GOOODDDD. HIGH LADY OF THE NIGHT COURT YASSSSS TAKE DOWN THE SPRING COURT AND RAIN HELL ON IT. YOU DESERVE TO BE ABLE TO DO THAT⭐️ she was locked up like KID not a partner but a literal dog that needed to be trained. tamlin might have loved her, but he liked keeping ownership over her more. so she has every right in the world to destroy him and the spring court from the inside.

rhys and feyre are mates and now my life is complete 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 bc nothing can and will ever break that bond (not even hybern) bc there love is too strong and powerful for this world ...more "
